Another highlight was the invitation of the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection for a online conference on 12 February 2021. Michael gave an overview of IP-IT-Mediation, the selection of consultants and intermediaries and last not least an overview of dispute resolution clauses of relevant organizations (e.g. ICC, WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, IHK Munich and Upper Bavaria and DIS).
